There is a growing public demand to know the direction of U.S. foreign policy in war-torn Afghanistan. In this edition of the Journal, guest host Lynn Sherr sits down with Rory Stewart, director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University, to discuss his vision for a sustainable policy that could benefit both America and Afghanistan.
